Psychosocial risks at work are an important occupational problem since they can have an impact on workers' health, productivity, absenteeism, and company profits. Among their consequences, burnout stands out for its prevalence and associated consequences. This problem is particularly noteworthy in the case of teachers. How to formalize new concepts and / or build new management tools that are consistent with an responsible approach? Through the field study of the prevention of psychosocial risks at work (PSR), our work illustrates the difficulty faced by researchers and practitioners in the context of a responsiblecorporate approach. The multiple possible approaches of the prevention of PSR are all ways leading to management choices with contrasted methods and results. That makes it necessary for researchers and practitioners to position themselves upstream from these choices.
